"My work for Thaeles is very diverse. I coach employees – mainly operating within healthcare organizations, industry, government and housing associations – on required competencies and learning to deal with change processes. I carry out individual and group development and selection assessments. But I also provide team training, for example in the field of collaboration or mutual communication in times of change. In addition to these substantive activities, acquisition, networking and relationship management are also part of my duties.

My approach is characterized by goal-orientedness combined with a lot of personal attention. It makes me happy that I can help someone gain insight into themselves and their own qualities and strengths.
