Within Thaeles, I mainly deal with development issues in the field of outplacement and second track services. I also use my passion and knowledge in the field of job satisfaction. If you have any questions about job satisfaction, I would be happy to think along with you.

In my spare time I enjoy cycling (both actively and passively). I also make music on my bass trombone at the local wind band. Another passion of mine is writing cabaret pieces and regularly being on stage to perform them.
