"In 2003, together with Henk Lamers, I started Thaeles to contribute to the further growth and development of people, teams and organizations based on my passion. This is where the challenge for me begins again and again to provide unique questions with a suitable solution.

As a consultant, I guide organizations in various industries and their employees on issues of change, development and vitality. I still combine the coaching role with that of an entrepreneur. Within Thaeles, my focus is mainly on guiding management and directing the various projects, acquisition and the development of our services at – and together with - clients.

In my spare time I enjoy cooking (and that can be for large groups), exercising and discovering other cultures. In addition, I experience it as particularly enriching to make a social contribution to the local community. For example, by fulfilling management positions in a partnership of sports clubs, local village consultation and a core team for care & well-being."
