After working in employment mediation for 6 years in various roles, I decided to make a switch in my career and started working as a Coach/Advisor at Thaeles. I bring my experience in the labor market, both from the employer and candidate side, to this field of work and I am happy to use it to enter into a strong partnership with my client and to provide the most appropriate coaching and guidance to my candidate. .

Happiness at work is of paramount importance to me. I get satisfaction from helping someone else work towards his/her goal and letting them take control in experiencing change. I believe that everyone is capable of growth, as long as you have the right mindset and know what drives you. I am happy to help with this!

In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking, reading and traveling. For some relaxation I go to yoga!
