The labor expert is called upon to answer questions such as: what is possible given the existing obstacles and limitations? How resilient is the coping capacity? For Employers:
- Labor Expert Research
For the first-year evaluation, employers often require broad and independent advice on reintegration routes. The labor expert examines every form of active reintegration, from returning to the current job to external reintegration (track 2). The advice actively involves the employee in exploring possibilities so that the employer and employee can chart the routes together. - Labor Expert Consultation
Each employability situation is unique, and specialized HRM policy is crucial. The labor expert serves as a sparring partner for HRM and/or management to obtain general policies or individual advice. - WIA (Work and Income according to Labor Capacity Act) Reassessment
The labor expert guides employers in reassessing the options for a (former) employee in the WIA, focusing on reducing financial burdens and advising on interventions for the employee. - Preventive Advice on Sustainable Employability
The labor expert provides periodic advice for both the employer and employee on steps to be taken and evaluations related to work and income.
For Insurers:
- WIA Reassessment
The labor expert guides the reassessment options for an insured person in the WIA, with a focus on reducing financial burdens and advising on interventions.
For Municipalities:
- Reintegration Advice
Based on medical or psychological advice, the labor expert describes the possibilities for reintegration and participation as a counterpart to social assistance benefits. These recommendations are developed in collaboration with our occupational physicians or occupational psychologists. - Assessment of Study Allowance Application
The labor expert assesses applications for study allowances to determine if the applicant meets the legal requirements for approval.
