Individual Outplacement:

When an employee is leaving your organization through a mutual agreement, offering outplacement is always a good idea. This helps the employee in finding new employment, which is valuable. At Thaeles, we always start with an initial meeting with the employee. Together, we create a plan, and the employee decides whether our outplacement trajectory is the right choice.

Depending on the available budget, we, along with you as the client and the employee, determine a maximum duration for the trajectory, usually ranging from 3 to 12 months. Our goal is to facilitate the transition to new employment within this timeframe, preventing or minimizing unemployment.

From Work to Work (FWTW):

In the case of reorganizations involving at least 5 employees, Thaeles establishes collective From Work to Work projects. Our proven customized approach provides thorough individual support for employees who are forced to leave the organization. We combine this individual approach with the strength of the collective, including workshops, training, and job hunting. We actively approach and utilize our extensive network and contacts in the region.

Thaeles offers you an intensive program that helps facilitate the transition to a new, suitable job as smoothly and quickly as possible, whether the reason is individual or collective. When you choose us, you will be paired with an experienced coach who guides you throughout the entire process. This personal guidance ensures the right attention at every moment in your search for new and fitting perspectives.

Thaeles is independent, meaning we have no stake in your dismissal or placement. Our sole interest is that you find the path to new, enjoyable work that perfectly suits you.

Thaeles operates regionally, meaning our coaches are well-versed in the job market in South Netherlands and work here with you for and together with you.

Throughout the program, you are in direct contact with your coach. Additionally, you can use our digital career portal, Pyxida, and we connect you to Jobfeed, providing access to all internet job vacancies that match your profile.

We start with a thorough conversation where you can express your wishes and thoughts. Together, we create a tailor-made plan to shape the trajectory. This may begin practically, such as crafting a modern CV, creating compelling cover letters, and receiving guidance on job applications. It can also involve exploring your interests and skills to discover a new career path or offering advice on starting your own business. Ultimately, our goal is for you to harness your strengths.
