We draw from a team of experienced and certified (career) coaches, psychologists, trainers, occupational health experts, case managers, and occupational physicians. Each assignment is guided by a dedicated contact person and involves a varied and intensive customized process, both physically and online.

Together with the participant(s), we take control of the process, implementation, and goals to be achieved. At Thaeles, we strongly encourage ownership, driven by our steadfast belief in the participants' ability to actively engage in their own development. Our approach optimally benefits from our extensive network and includes a robust and validated (online) toolset accessible through our own career portal.
